I am a child care provider with over eight years of experience providing nurturing and attentive care to children ages seven months to 13 years. I began my career as a camp counselor, and continued my career as a private nanny from 2015-2020. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University, and enjoy writing poetry. In my time working with children, I have learned that they learn in different ways; each child’s path is unique. Whether they learn best by seeing, hearing, or doing, the Montessori method embraces individuality and is an immersive learning experience. In a world where children are often overbooked in their schedules and pushed to memorize facts, I embrace an environment that works to spiritually nourish their developing minds.
